Site Visits
At EM Concepts we know how important it is to experience the country and see the site of where your investment or future home is being built. Fortunately we also know how horrific the “inspection trips” of the past used to be.
We believe that when you visit a country you should be there to enjoy yourself and as such, we take great pleasure in helping to arrange site visits that are not only enjoyable but also memorable.
Each visit is bespoke – some all-inclusive and should you wish to purchase then some of the costs are refunded to you.
Carbon promise
As long haul flights carry with them high Carbon emissions we pledge money to offset this on your behalf to regulated carbon charities for yours (and our!) peace of mind. Once registered for a trip then a receipt to confirm this will be sent to your email.
Uruguay
Trips to Uruguay are organised by our recommended local travel agent Del Plata Travel. Local to Buenos Aires, they have been arranging bespoke holiday packages to Argentina and Uruguay for the last four years. Completely in the know, they can arrange accommodation and flights to suit any budget, organise internal flights (if necessary) and make sure you see everything you want to during your stay in Uruguay or Argentina.
When you wish to visit the site, a time can be arranged for the developer of Sugar Loaf – David James, to pick you up and give you a tour at your leisure.
Trips to South America will vary in taste and time and we can help you decide an itinerary to suit your needs.
Mexico and Panama – Free if purchase completes!
These trips are fantastic – having been on many ourselves we can assure you that you will not be disappointed.
Arranged by the developer Grupo Mall, they are completely all inclusive - you will be put up in 5 Star accommodation, be given thorough presentations and guided tours of which ever development you are there to see. Every evening entertainment is arranged for you along with a different activity every day – be it a boat ride to a tropical island of the coast of Panama or visiting Mayan ruins in Campeche.

A bit closer to home
When visiting the counties of our other developments we help you design a trip to suit your needs. In all cases arrangements will be made around your schedule for someone to show you around the site or property.
